- All orders shipped via Canada Post.
- Local customers on the Sunshine Coast, BC, Canada, can request free porch pickup in Halfmoon Bay.
- Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
- Shipping times may vary (holidays, weather, or postal delays), etc.
Returns & Exchanges
Jade wants you to be happy with your cards! While items are handmade and sold as-is, we are happy to exchange anything that isn’t quite right.
- Exchange Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
